All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in specific cases outlined below.

 

If a return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Specific Cases for Returns:

• There is a 14-day grace period from the date of delivery to request a return for damaged or defective items.

• To qualify for a return or resolution of the issue, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We may require photos of the item and/or request the original item be returned for assessment.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service for any damaged or defective items reported more than 14 days after delivery.
