Measurements, colours, accessories

As each garment is made-to-order, slight variations may occur between individual pieces, previous garments, samples, photographs and original designs. This is particularly relevant when recreating or adapting an existing garment.

Due to yarn and material availability, a different batch or suitable alternative may be used, which may result in differences in colour, texture, thickness, stretch, drape or overall appearance. For garments featuring beads, gems or other embellishments, similar alternatives may also be used, as these can vary in colour, shape and finish. Such variations are an inherent part of the handmade and made-to-order process.

Sizes are determined using the size chart provided on each product listing. Customers are responsible for checking the size chart and ensuring that the selected size and measurements are suitable before purchasing.

Time Scale

 

Each made-to-order garment, excluding ready-to-ship items, typically takes 2–3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the garment and current order volume. In some cases, production may take up to 8 weeks, particularly where there are existing orders or commissions being fulfilled.

If you require a garment by a specific date, please inform Mistryarchives before placing your order. A Priority Fee may be available for urgent orders, subject to availability. Orders placed with a tight deadline are made at the customer’s own risk, and Mistryarchives cannot guarantee completion or delivery by a specific date.

Delivery

Mistryarchives is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after dispatch. Customers should contact their local postal service directly to make a claim where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Mistryarchives cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT and other taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated.
