As each garment is made-to-order, variations in colour may occur. Due to the sourcing of yarn, a new batch may be used for production, which could result in slight colour differences compared to the original display on our website. While we make every effort to ensure the yarn sourced closely matches the original shade, we cannot be held liable for any colour discrepancies. For garments adorned with beads and gems, please note that new and similar beads or gems may be used. As these embellishments can vary in colour and shape, we are not liable for these variations.​

Sizes for each garment are determined using the size chart available under each product listing. Please ensure you refer to this chart before making your purchase. Mistryarchives cannot be held liable if the garment does not fit as expected. As each garment is hand-crafted, there may be slight variations from the original garment shown in the photos.

Time Scale

 

Each made-to-order garment (excluding ready-to-ship items) typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the garment and current order volume. However, please note that in some cases, the production process can take up to 8 weeks due to the fulfillment of other orders and commissions. If you have a specific date by which you need to receive your garment, please let us know in advance. We offer a priority fee to accommodate urgent orders, which you can select here: Priority Fee. Please note that ordering with a tight timeframe is done at your own risk, and Mistryarchives cannot be held responsible for delays in production.

Delivery

 

Mistryarchives is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event this occurs, customers are encouraged to file claims directly through their local postal service’s website. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order to avoid any delivery issues. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT, and taxes. Mistryarchives is not responsible for collecting, processing, or paying any of these fees. The responsibility for any additional charges will rest solely with the customer.
