Refunds

 

Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made garments, cancellations are only possible before materials have been purchased and production has commenced. Once production has begun, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted, except where required by applicable consumer law.

If you wish to make changes to the agreed design after production has started, this may not always be possible and may incur additional charges.

Measurements, Materials, Colour & Variations

 

Each garment is individually handmade and made-to-order. As a result, slight variations may occur between a finished garment and previous garments, samples, photographs or original designs. When recreating or adapting an existing garment, differences in yarn availability, batches or materials may result in variations in colour, texture or overall appearance. For garments featuring beads, gems or other embellishments, similar alternatives may be used where necessary, as these may vary in colour, shape and finish. Customers are responsible for selecting and approving their preferred design, size, measurements, colour and materials before production begins. Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible and may incur additional charges.

Measurements provided by the customer will be used to create the garment, and Mistryarchives cannot be held responsible if the garment does not fit as expected due to inaccurate or incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.​

​​Time Scale

 

Each custom commission typically takes 2–3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the garment and current order volume. In some cases, production may take up to 8 weeks, particularly where there are other orders or commissions being fulfilled.

If you require your garment by a specific date, please inform Mistryarchives before placing your order. A Priority Feemay be available to accommodate tighter timeframes, subject to availability.

Where a customer requests a specific deadline, the order is placed with the understanding that production and delivery times can vary. Mistryarchives cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, including postal or courier delays.

Payment

 

All payments must be made upfront and in full before production of your custom garment begins.

Throughout the process, customers will be kept updated on the progress of their garment and, where appropriate, given the opportunity to confirm final details or adjustments before completion. Any changes requested after production has begun may incur additional charges.
