Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made products, cancellations are only possible before the purchase of materials and the commencement of production. Once the creation of your unique garment has begun, cancellations for a refund will no longer be accepted. If you wish to make changes to the design after production has started, please note that this may incur additional charges. Any substantial changes to the original design will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Measurements / Colours

As each garment is custom-made to your specific measurements and preferences, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. If you provide your measurements and the garment is made to those specifications, it is your responsibility to ensure they are accurate, as we cannot accept returns for fit issues. If you request a garment to be made in a different yarn or colour and later decide that it does not meet your expectations, we will not be able to process a return or refund.

Please note that, as our garments are made-to-order and produced at different times, there may be slight variations in colour from the original image on the website. This is due to the use of different yarn batches. While we make every effort to match the colour as closely as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any minor differences in shade.

Time Scale

Each custom commission may take up to 8 weeks to complete due to the nature of the garment and the time required for handcrafting. In some cases, production may take longer, particularly if there are other orders or commissions with priority fees being fulfilled. If you need your garment by a specific date, please inform us in advance. We offer a priority fee option to help accommodate tighter timeframes. You can select the priority fee here: Priority Fee. However, please note that ordering with a tight deadline is at the customer’s own risk, and Mistryarchives cannot be held accountable for any delays in production.

Payments

All payments must be made upfront and in full before the production of your custom garment begins. Throughout the process, we will keep you updated on the progress and provide opportunities for any final adjustments. You will be shown the final result before completion, and any requested changes will be discussed and implemented accordingly.
