REFUNDS

 

Due to the nature of custom made products, cancellation of your order is only possible prior to buying of materials and making for your order. Once the process of creating your unique garment has begun, cancellation for refund is not possible. If changes to the design are wanted this may incur extra charges that will be discussed if they are very different from the original design.

MEASURMENTS/ COLOURS

 

With the features of creating custom clothing, each and every garment we produce is made to fit only you. With that in mind, we cannot accept returns. Unless the item is faulty, you cannot send it back. If you provide your measurements and the garment is made to those measurements you cannot send it back if it doesn’t fit. 

 

If you ask for a garment to be made in different yarn and then decide that you don’t like how it looks you will be unable to send it back for a refund. As the garment is being made from scratch at different points in time, made-to-order garments may differ in colour to the original cut as displayed on the website. This is due to yarn sourcing where an entirely new batch of yarn has been used. Even though the colour of the yarn sourced is as close as possible to the original color shown, we will not be held liable for any minor variations in colour.

TIME SCALES

Each commission can take up to 8 weeks to be completed due to the nature of the garment but may take longer due to the fulfilment of other orders and commissions with priority fees. If you have a specific date that you want to receive the garment by in mind let us know before hand and we have a priority fee to accommodate. Ordering with a tight time frame is at the risk of the person ordering and mistryarchives cannot be held accountable for how long it takes to be made.

PAYMENTS

 

Deposits are to be paid upfront and is non refundable. When paying for the second half of the garment you will be shown the final result and any final adjustments can be made however the whole process will be shown and communicated fully during the making. 

 

Once the garment is made you have 7 days to pay the remaining amount. Please make sure you have all funds available upon ordering.
